Such a nice guy. So friendly. Arrived within a couple of hours of our first call and worked hard to resolve the problem. Highly recommended. Our first choice from now. Top class
Steve is a super lovely and helpful guy, I spoke to him on the phone about a weird plumbing problem and he was incredibly kind to talk me through what he thought was going on. I'll be sure to contact him again when we have a plumbing job to do.
Our electric shower wouldn’t turn off even though the power to it was turned off . I rang Steve and he told me what to do until he could get to us. In spite of a heavy workload, Steve found the time to come and fit a new shower the very next day. He did a great job, left the bathroom immaculate and did it for a great price. Steve took the time to explain how to get the best out of the new shower and made sure that we were familiar with the operation. This is the first time that we have needed a plumber and chose Steve at random. How lucky is that? We can’t praise him enough and if you need a plumber then you can’t go wrong with Steve Rugg. C

Steve fitted a new tap for the kitchen sink. Very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to advise. He explained what he had to do and did it promptly without fuss. Money well spent and he left me confident that the job had been done well. He'll be the first I call if I need a plumber again in the future.
Steve came and isolated the leaking toilet, gave good advice on what replacement was needed, and returned to fit the new one very quickly. No long waiting times or ridiculous charges, left everything clean, tidy and dry. Friendly, efficient and very trustworthy. My partner, John was really pleased to find such a good professional tradesman locally. Highly recommended

Steve is a very obliging and pleasant guy who certainly knows his job. He solved my leaking central heating auto air vent which was causing water to drip through the ceiling below, which he repaired by fitting a replacement and also fitted a new immersion heater cable which was wrongly fitted by the plumber who originally plumbed the houses when they were built 20 years ago. He came back again today and fitted a replacement monobloc tap in the en suite which I supplied. He fitted me in as soon as he had time and If he couldn't keep an appointment because of another customers emergency, he kept us fully informed so that we weren't waiting around. His charges are very reasonable and transparent. He's not one of those plumbers who only wants the big jobs and is happy to do smaller jobs which means he's busy. Highly recommended.

Stephen responded promptly following my cry for help after our toilet sprang a leak. He quickly found the source of the leak and sorted it without any drama. Great service and definitely a five star person.
Turned up at the time he said. And we paid the price we were quoted. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Fixed the toilet. Fitted a new stopcock. Fixed the bath taps and cloakroom tap. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Called to tell them I had a broken toilet and the shower wasn't working on Monday and by Wednesday afternoon I had a new shower fitted and the toilet was fixed. 5 star 👍
